Window installation
I had new windows installed Saturday and a crew of four people came out. When they were done I had caulking all around the sides of each window(7) and he told me to paint over it. I don’t have money to have my home repainted to cover up a tacky job. I have photos to show. I addressed it with him and he later came back on Wednesday and put a trim around the windows and it looks better . But my initial reaction to the job being done I was not happy to the point I wasn’t going to pay my remaining balance and wanted a full reimbursement.

Fantastic, Knowledgeable Staff!
I had a tricky plumbing pipe issue that required and expert plumber to come out and charge us a fortune to fix. I took a photo and brought it to this store and the female plumbing expert walked me through the fix which save our family $400 in repairs.

Fantastic Customer Service!
I bought a golden Retriever Christmas decoration that wasn’t lighting up when I got it home. I brought it back to the store and James, Kaylee and the man at returns worked on it and fixed it so I didn’t have to return it! They were caring and patient and went above and beyond to solve this issue. I left a very happy and grateful customer!

Excellent tools and place to learn everytime
I purchased a lot of stuff for my garden and DIY of all household materials. I found home depot is a place to go for any issue and get help talking to staff for advise.

Project Done!
Needed to replace my Old Mailbox and post. All items needed where available plus one item I would recommend is a 1st time user of it. Instead of cement they have a jell foam bag which cost 16.00 dollars. It is equal to 2-50 lb bags of cement. It works!

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL TO US "OLDIE BUT GOODIES!"
I am not a spring chicken any longer and can't walk up and down aisles looking for something I need like I used to, so I really appreciate this store! The employees are so helpful; when you walk in ask for what you need and they will gladly have someone guide you to the exact location, with a smile and friendly attitude. They are wonderful!
